Where can I get a discount code?
I can't find my discount code.
Sometimes discount codes end up in junk, spam or promotional mail folders when they are sent to you. Other times, discounts may not be provided if your account is not eligible. Contact us if you require further assistance.
Why is my discount code not working?
There are a few reasons why your discount code may not be working for you.
- You are not signed in to your account
- You are trying to use more than one discount code at once
- Your code has expired
- You have already used the discount code
- The items are already discounted, for example during a sale period or a clearance item
Please note that discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts at checkout under any circumstances.
Can I use multiple discount codes at once?
No. Only one discount code can be used at any time.
Why did my discount code expire?
Discount codes don't last forever, usually, they expire around 30 days after you receive your discount code (whether that is by email or another method).
You are always welcome to get in touch if you find your code is expired and we can see what we can do for you.
Can I use a gift card and a discount code at the same time?
Absolutely. You can use a discount code and a gift card at the same time.
I have forgotten to apply my discount code, what should I do?
Don't worry! No need to cancel or reorder. Contact us and we can apply that discount code as an after-purchase refund for you within our system.
Please note that discount codes cannot be stacked, therefore only one discount code can be applied to a single purchase order at any time. This includes sale items.
