Can I return/exchange items if I change my mind?
Head to the return portal to get started. You must complete your exchange or return within 30 days of your item arriving.
Clearance items can be exchanged or returned for a gift card for the original amount paid for the item. We do not take back clearance items for a refund.
Your item can not be returned or exchanged if it's final sale.
When will my exchange/refund be processed?
Your package for return/exchange must first be received by the warehouse. From there, your refund or exchange shipment will be processed once the contents of your package have been verified.
Please note packages not containing accurate and complete return contents will not be eligible for refund/exchange.
I want to exchange but the size/colour is out of stock. Can I choose a different size/colour?
Of course! If you have your heart set on an item, we suggest returning your order for store credit so that you can purchase your item when it comes back in stock in the style you want. Alternatively, you could exchange it for something completely different using the "Shop Now" option.
I requested an exchange but I changed my mind.
No problem! Please reach out to us as soon as possible. We are not able to modify or halt an exchange if an instant exchange has been initiated or if the warehouse has already fulfilled your item(s).
