How do I make a return?

Head to the return portal to get started. You must complete your exchange or return within 30 days of your item arriving.

Your item can not be returned if it's final sale.

Note that items purchased from our Sale/Clearance section are only eligible for exchange or a gift card. Not a refund.

When will my exchange/refund be processed?

The warehouse must first receive your package for return/exchange. From there, your refund or exchange shipment will be processed once the contents of your package have been verified. Please note packages not containing accurate and complete return contents will not be eligible for refund/exchange.

If you are not 100% happy you can ship your item back to us within 30 days of it arriving with you. 

Your order may not be eligible for return or exchange if the product

• Has visible wear or damage.
• Is not in the original package, including sleeves and tags. 
• Is a final sale item (this does not include the use of a discount code or site-wide sales)

Returns can take up to 3 weeks to process but usually are much sooner. Your money will head back to your original payment method. A handling fee of $8 USD for USA customers and $9 USD for Canadian customers will be applied to all returns for refund.

Does Etah Love pay shipping fees?

We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for all customers in the USA and Canada. Exchange orders will be shipped for free with standard shipping.

Please note we do not refund shipping costs if you paid for return shipping.

Do you offer refunds?

Of course! Return your item in a brand new condition in the same packaging we shipped to you within 30 days of it arriving and we will refund your order. Please note we do not refund shipping costs. 

Can I return a sale item?

Any items purchased in the Sale section of our website are only eligible for exchange or a gift card. Not a refund.

Are there any items I can not return?

Yes, earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Any clothing that has been worn (other than a quick sizing check) is also non-returnable. 

Be sure to check the product description or contact support if you are unsure.

How long should a refund take to reach me?

Canada: Once your return arrives at our warehouse please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your refund. From there it takes 3-5 days for your money to reach your payment method.

USA: Once your return arrives at a sorting center in Depew, NY it can take 1-3 weeks to reach us in Canada. During peak times of the year, this will be 3 weeks, for the rest of the year, it is much less. Once we receive your order back in Canada and it has been processed it takes 3-5 business days to go back to your payment method as the standard. 

International: Please ensure you send us a tracking number when you ship your item back. Once your return arrives at our warehouse please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your refund. From there it takes 3-5 days for your money to reach your payment method.
