Can I return/exchange items if I change my mind?
Head to the return portal to get started. You must complete your exchange or return within 30 days of your item arriving.
Clearance items can be exchanged or returned for a gift card for the original amount paid for the item. We do not take back clearance items for a refund.
Your item can not be returned or exchanged if it's final sale.
When will my exchange/refund be processed?
Your package for return/exchange must first be received by the warehouse. From there, your refund or exchange shipment will be processed once the contents of your package have been verified.
Please note packages not containing accurate and complete return contents will not be eligible for refund/exchange.
Does Etah Love pay shipping fees?
We do not pay for the shipping to get the item back to us.
My item did not get returned because of a customs fee, what gives?
We request that all return shipment items are marked as $10 in value so we are able to receive your item back. Without doing this, we are unlikely to receive your return shipment. In such cases, the shipment will make its way to us and then eventually be returned to the sender.
What happens if my exchange gets lost on the way to the warehouse?
Let us know right away! We may be able to help or look into why it has gone missing.
