International Returns

How do I make an international return?

Head to the return portal to get started. You must complete your exchange or return within 30 days of your item arriving. Your item can not be exchanged if it's final sale.

When will my exchange/refund be processed?

The warehouse must first receive your package for return/exchange. From there, your refund or exchange shipment will be processed once the contents of your package have been verified. Please note packages not containing accurate and complete return contents will not be eligible for refund/exchange.

Does Etah Love pay shipping fees?

We do not pay for the shipping to get the item back to us.

My item did not get returned because of a customs fee, what gives?

We do request all items are marked $10 so we are able to receive your item back. If this is not done it is likely we will not receive your item. It will make its way to us and then eventually be returned to the sender.

What happens if my return gets lost on the way to the warehouse?

Let us know right away! We may be able to help by investigating your return shipment. Please contact us so a support agent can assist you.

How long should a refund take to reach me?

Canada: Once your return arrives at our warehouse please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your refund. From there it takes 3-5 days for your money to reach your payment method.

USA: Once your return arrives at a sorting centre in Depew, NY it can take 1-3 weeks to reach us in Canada. During peak times of the year, this will be 3 weeks, for the rest of the year, it is much less. Once we receive your order back in Canada and it has been processed it takes 3-5 business days to go back to your payment method as the standard.
