Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! Some countries do have restrictions for items entering the country. Please check with your own country's government to allow the import of the items you purchase. 

How long does shipping take?

All orders typically require up to 2-4 business days to be fulfilled by our shipping team. The fulfillment time is in addition to potential customs processing and the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping times are also subject to shipping volumes and courier delays. If you are uncertain about your shipping timeframe, contact us.

How to calculate delivery times

Please use the following simplified equation to roughly calculate your order delivery time. Please keep in mind that all shipping/delivery estimations can be impacted by spikes in order volumes or courier delays at any time.


North America

Standard shipping usually takes 2-5 business days depending on the destination, upgraded express shipping usually takes 1-2 business days. During peak times of the year, this may be extended. 

For the US with standard USPS shipping, the package must first travel from Toronto to New York to a USPS sorting facility, once it has been scanned in you will see your tracking update. This can sometimes take up to 2 days after your order is marked as shipped. 

Rest of World

Standard shipping can take between 10-18 days, upgraded express shipping usually takes between 2-4 business days depending on the destination. During peak times of the year, this may be extended.

Please note for international customers: Your parcel will be handed off to the local carrier in your country before delivery is finalized. It is best to check your tracking link for an updated tracking number and to follow-up with your local carrier for further information.


What are the shipping rates?

For international (including the UK) and North American orders:

Orders under $50:

  • US/CAN - $6.99 USD
  • International - $9.99 USD
  • Mexico (FedEx only) - $12.00 USD

Orders over $50 will have free worldwide shipping. Rates for express shipping will vary from country to country. 


Will I need to pay customs fees?

Customs fees, taxes, duties, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer to be paid. We do not cover any additional charges or costs for the final delivery of the package to your destination or country. These charges differ based on specific country laws and policies and we cannot estimate or predict these amounts.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes on your order we will need to wait for your item to be returned and processed by our returns team before a refund is applicable.

Please note: Orders to the US under $800.00 USD are duty-free.


How do I track my order?

You will receive an email when your order ships. Your order confirmation page will also update with information as your package moves. 


Why is my package delayed?

Shipping delays are unexpected, but they do happen.

Your package may experience a delay for any number of reasons that are outside of our control. These delays typically clear within 1-2 days, however, that is not a guaranteed timeframe. If you think your package is lost, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

We can verify with the courier to determine if the delay is abnormal. Unless the shipping delay is an abnormal circumstance, we cannot reship your order to you. We are very sorry for any inconvenience or frustration that a delay may cause.

Please make sure you pay any customs or duties charges as not doing so will delay your order if not completed. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these fees. If your package is returned due to refusal of customs fees you may not be eligible for a refund or reshipment. 


My package says it has arrived but is not with me.

Don't panic. Most of the time when this happens, the package is delivered the next day or it may have been left in an alternative safe place, such as with a neighbor.

We ask that you wait at least 24 hours from the time your package is marked as delivered before contacting us to ensure it is not a temporary delay or misunderstanding. Once 24 hours have passed, contact us right away.

Your case will be investigated and a replacement may be offered based on the results of our investigation. 

Please Note: We do not offer refunds for orders that are confirmed as delivered by carrier tracking information.
